Charming beach bungalow located in Sandy Point on the lovely Whidbey Island. The community has no roads, just sidewalks connecting you to the private community beach, playfield, basketball court, fishing and swimming dock, and more. Just a mile from the adorable town of Langley, all restaurants and shops are a quick 5 minute drive or nice walk (along the road or the beach at low tide).

Good to know

The home is two separate structures. One has the kitchen, living room (with TV and pull out couch), bathroom, and a bedroom with two queen beds. The other structure has a king bed, pull out couch, TV, and bathroom with a bathtub. The hot tub is available to guests for a fee.

Parking: please park in the driveway or the upper lots. The lower parking lots are for owners only. The dock: There are 2 sections of the dock. Enjoy the left side where you can jump into the sea, or fish. The section with the boats is only for owners. At the beach: Feel free to use anything labeled "Al Moreno" at the beach (we have 2 blue inflatable paddleboards) and small kayaks for kids. Please wear life jackets. You have access to all the beaches. At low tide, it is a fun adventure to walk to Langley! Sometimes you can also see whales, otters, eagles, or seals out on the beach also. Do NOT swim near the point (Where the green lighthouse is); it can be very dangerous there.
